It's official! Kidney stones AND infection! Shock therapy ... er... Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy when I get back from Washington (kidney stone abortion)! I don't exactly know how many there are to be named, so I guess it was a little premature to be taking name suggestions. Thank you to all that participated!
