2. The Cinco de Mayo party that the Camden girls threw came up a few weeks before Cinco de Mayo. I was wanting to celebrate somehow, but I had a feeling it wouldn't happen unless I took it on myself. Kyle and Sarah backed me up though and made it happen. Kaitlan showed up early, along with Kyle's family, and helped set up. I couldn't have been more happy with our Cinco de Mayo celebration! Great decorations, great food, great Latin music, great Jarritos, and great company. Functions like that remind me why part of me still loves Las Vegas-- Couldn't ask for better friends and family! (I still need to get the rest of the pictures from Kyle's mom.)
3. George (my boss) purchased tickets for a few of us to go watch the Beach Boys' 50th Reunion performance at the Red Rock Amphitheater. Sarah and I enjoyed ourselves dancing and singing on the top of our lungs to some of our favorites like "Help Me, Rhonda" and "Good Vibrations". What a great show! You can't be in a bad mood listening to the Beach Boys!
4. Dezzy moved in. He usually lives with Kyle's parents since Kyle works so much, but they move to Montana 6 months every year. Last summer, Dezzy stayed with Kyle's sister, but with different circumstances this year, Kyle's son has taken over his downstairs. We bought a baby gate to keep him from going upstairs and his new doggy door makes his life not SO bad. My allergies might kill me and if it were any other dog, dealbreaker-- but he listens perfectly. Meet Dezzy--
5. Kyle fixed the fridge again, which is no huge event by any means, but this picture just makes me happy. What a goofball!
